what sports do you train for?

We train athletes across ALL sports. Each program is tailored to your sport’s specific movement patterns and demands.

Do I need to be an athlete to train here?

No not at all! While we specialize in athletic performance, we also work with adults who want high-quality, professional-level training for fitness, strength, and injury prevention. Many of our clients sought us out specifically because our coaches are NFL and D1 experienced physical therapists and athletic trainers, uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between performance, injury prevention, rehab, and recovery.

Who is sport performance training for?

Our programs are designed for individuals of all levels - from youth and high school athletes to college players and adult fitness enthusiasts looking to improve strength, speed, and overall performance.

Do you accept health insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to deliver one-on-one, high-level care without the limitations or time restrictions set by insurance companies.

However, we are happy to provide a superbill after each session - an itemized receipt with all necessary codes and information - that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
